Regards to Joe. I really enjoyed making challah bread. My daughter loved the braiding pattern and insisted we start with it. My ended up with heavy cream instead of butter. I must have overdone the churning. I will try again. Thanks again for your kindness. Lots of ❤️❤️❤️

I had dvd sent years ago. The post office personnel or delivery person exchanged it for trap music. I hope they enjoyed it, because they were really sermons!!🤩

You were on track on the butter . Next time don't overdo the churning. You should have removed it the point you saw butter forming. Rinse & mold the butter with fridge cold water so that the butter doesn't melt. Once you over blend the butter melts and mixes with the milk hence the final product. Good trial ❤
